NRVP offers paid training - we have a combination of internal promotions and external hires for the management program, and training is tailored to suit each candidate!
In training, Assistant Managers learn how to make all of Domino's product to standard, as well as how to set up and run a successful shift!
Beyond initial training, we also offer ongoing training programs that provide our teams with knowledge they need in order to succesfully manage a store of thier own!
We provide classes and activities both in store and at our main office and training center. Topics change periodically, so there's always something new for our managers to participate in!
Here are some examples of classes we've held in the past! Leadership and Problem Solving, Personal Finance, Hiring and Retention, Business Management, Priorities and Goal Setting. etc. These classes are tailored to be beneficial not only with a career at Domino's, but elsewhere as well!
New River Valley Pizza also hosts a "High Performance Manager" program - which meets each month to review content with promising new Assistant Managers - getting them the tools and knowledge they need to achieve thier goals!
