Assistant manager certifications:
Assistant Managers must pass the certification for the level they are currently in, in order to advance to the next step. Please allow 24-48 hours for grading! Information on any next steps required will be sent to the Supervisor and the store email!
Assistant manager performance evaluations:
This should be submitted for every AM, each period, to avoid any reduction in bonus. Please reach out to Lindsay with any questions!
New Assistant Manager Training:
The Load Captain certification should also be completed for CSR's leveling up to Pizza Makers!
